SHIPPING RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN AND SIZE CHANGES POLICY:
We make returns for regret and size changes. The shipping costs for exchange or return will always be borne by the customer and will depend on the company that makes the collection, generally around €5.90 in the Iberian Peninsula and €7.90 in the rest of Europe. We will only make changes in size or returns when the garment is in perfect condition and no more than 15 calendar days have elapsed from the time of delivery.
In the event that the client requests a change or return of the garment(s) purchased due to an error when choosing the size, we will take care of processing the management so that the postal company collects it in the shortest period of time possible. clothing and we can refund the amount paid by the customer or exchange the garment for another of the same model with a different size.

- 4th. Once we have received the email, we will contact you to confirm when the garment will be collected from your home. Normally, Correos Express will collect the garment(s) the following school day. It is essential that the garment is wrapped in the same bag in which it was delivered or in a similar one at the time of collection.
Once we receive the return order and verify that the clothing is in perfect condition, with the labels and without having been washed or worn, we will proceed to make the refund to the same payment method used to place the order, subtracting the total amount of shipping costs. shipping (€5.90). Remember that a size and measurement guide is available that includes the dimensions of our garments in centimeters in all our products.

SHIPPING:

After making the payment in our store you will receive a purchase confirmation email. Then, within 24-48 business hours, you will receive an SMS or email from the shipping company attaching a tracking number. It will detail all the instructions to review the shipping data and track the package in real time.
We will do everything possible to deliver your order within the established deadlines, although we cannot be held responsible
for delays for reasons beyond Say_O or for reasons of force majeure.
If there is a delay in the delivery times as a result of our negligence, we will be responsible and will proceed to immediately refund the total amount paid by the customer, including shipping costs. The shipping costs of products distributed in Spain, Portugal, Germany and France are fixed and will be reflected by default in the "cart" section moments before the purchase is processed. However, the cost of shipping orders made from the Canary Islands or from countries in the rest of Europe may vary and be affected due to a series of causes beyond our control, in which case we will contact the customer to proceed with the refund of the total amount of your order. As long as the buyer is willing, we will set new shipping costs according to the carrier and process the order again. We take this measure to protect the buyer from possible changes in the shipping price, in addition to covering unforeseen events such as delays or non-payment.
